Monitor Healthcare Productivity Processes

How to monitor the progress and status of integration runs for Healthcare Productivity.

Use Process Monitoring to see the progress and status of transactional integration processes in Healthcare Productivity, such as payroll, volume, and agency import and recalculate integrations. The records are kept for 90 days (by default), and then are purged.

  1. Make sure that you are assigned the Healthcare Productivity FAP; see Configure Access to Healthcare Productivity .
  2. Select Main Menu > Administration > Application Setup > KPI Builder > Healthcare Productivity > Process Monitoring.
  3. Click Tap Refresh . The list of integration runs shows the following:
    • Name— The name of the integration run.
    • Domain— The domain of the integration process: Volume, Payroll, Agency
    • Integration Reference ID(KTID) — The ID of the process key.
    • Process Key
    • Status
    • Duration — Blank if the process is in progress.
    • Start Time — This date and time may not be unique if multiple processes start at the same time.
    • End Time — Blank if the process is in progress.
    • Last Modified Time— The last date and time the status of the process was refreshed; this time is the same as the End Time if the process run is finished.
  4. (Optional) If the list of integration processes is too long to show the process you want, scroll down the table or click Filter to narrow the search.
  5. Select a process and click tap Details. The top of the page shows the following:
    • Name— The name of the integration run.
    • Domain
    • Integration Reference ID(KTID) — The ID of the integration run
    • Process Key

    The table shows the following:

    • Name— The name of the integration run.
    • Process Stage ID:

    • Status:
      • Pending — The process is in a waiting state and has not run yet.
      • In Progress
      • Success — The process finished with no errors.
      • Partial Success — The process finished but some records failed. Check the Run Summary or logs.
      • Failure — The process failed to run because no records could be processed.
    • % Completion — Approximate percentage of the integration process that is completed.
    • Total Run Time — Blank if the process is in progress.
    • Start Date Time — This date and time may not be unique if multiple processes start at the same time.
    • End Date Time — Blank if the process is in progress.
    • Last Modified Date Time— The last date and time the stage data was refreshed.
    • Details — Shows error messages or details; to see all messages, hover the cursor over the cell. You can copy the text in the pop-up window and paste it in a text editor. If the messages are too long, the text ends with ...and More. To see all messages and details, check the log.
  6. Click Tap Back.
