Gate Access Report

The Gate Access Report lists gate device access information for employees.

• The Summary report includes the device name, employee ID, badge number, employee name, and access total count. The report is sorted by device and then employee.
• The Detail report includes the same information as the summary report but also includes the date and time for each access transaction. The report is sorted by device, employee, and then date.
• The By Person report includes the same information as the detail report, but is sorted by employee rather than by device.

When running the Gate Access Report, you can also select:

• Location — The device locations to include (All, Cafeteria, Parking, or Restricted Area).
• Devices — The specific devices to include.
• To run the report by Hyperfind or specific employees.
