Talk Feed
The activity Feed is a central area where you see the latest posts from coworkers, supervisors, and administrators. Posts are messages, group communications, company announcements, and invites to events, meetings, surveys, polls, and more.
What's in the Feed?
- Pinned Posts. These are the focus of the What's happening interactive carousel at the top of the feed when you first open Talk. Scroll through the posts pinned by Talk admins that require your attention or that you may find interesting and relevant to your job.
- Events, announcements, and important notices posted by admins and supervisors. You may need to accept an invitation or confirm you read an important post from the company. If there is a new event that interests you, click tap Attend to RSVP. If you decide not to attend an event you accepted, click tap Change response.
- Create a new post or task.
- Search Talk to find posts, messages, files, links, and content posted by specific groups and users.
- Filter the feed to see recent or last updated posts.
- Group Messaging. Open a chat within a group and send messages that only members of that group can read.
- Your Posts and @ Your Name. Click to see all your messages you posted and posts where you are @mentioned.
- Trending. Shows the hashtags for the most popular content searched for, reacted to, and commented on. Click a hashtag to see posts tagged with that term.
- Noticeboard. Collects all of the latest posts created by admins such as Calendar, Event, Poll, Ideabox, and Recognition. View all and then filter the view to see only certain types of content.
What can I add to a post?
- Create a post using text, GIFs, stickers, and emojis.
- Include photos, videos, or files (including Word documents, PDFs, and Excel sheets). The maximum size limit is 150 MB on desktop and 400 MB for mobile.
- Tag coworkers with @mentions (@Wendell Lewis).
- Hashtag search terms to give better visibility of your post (#GoodMorning). Terms that are used often display in the Trending section.

About auto reported posts and comments
When enabled by your administrator, Talk automatically flags posts and comments as inappropriate when negative language or tone is detected.
Auto-reported posts remain visible in Talk only to the user who created the post, with a banner note indicating that the content is under review and will be visible to others only after admin approval. If the admin does not approve the post/comment, then it is removed entirely from Talk.
